Vashana vs Sharefox

Sharefox is a proper rental operations system, and it does include a website — that is not the difference. The difference is what you are buying and what it costs. Sharefox prices from kr 1,090 a month billed yearly, and rises with your range, your locations and the modules you take. Vashana is $14 a month, flat, with the site and the booking as one thing.

Where Sharefox wins: real stock and inventory tracking, several locations, and a deeper operations suite around the rental itself. If you are running a warehouse, that is worth paying for and we do not have it.

Checked against Sharefox’s and Gibbs’s own Norwegian pricing and product pages on 2026-08-05. Sharefox prices are the yearly-billed rate from their Norwegian page and start from — their own note says the monthly cost depends on how much you rent out, how many locations you have and which modules you take. Gibbs’s price excludes VAT. “Not stated on their site” means exactly that: we could not find it, not that it is missing. Vashana prices are in US dollars per month.
