Brands & creations

Vashana organizes your work into brands and creations.

Brands

A brand is the identity behind your sites — either a business or a personal brand. It holds the facts the AI uses everywhere: name, description, contact details, and logo. You can have several brands (for example your company and a side project) and switch between them on the dashboard.

Creating a site under a brand means those facts are already in place — forms are pre-filled and the generated content matches your brand.

Creation types

A creation is one deliverable: usually a website, but not always. Each type is built by a specialized AI agent and comes with the capabilities that make sense for it:

The picker leads with the types that suit the brand you are creating under, and lists the rest below — pick one of those and you'll be asked which brand it should belong to.

Every creation gets a live URL, a QR code, and (except greeting cards) custom-domain support and password protection. Booking can be switched on for any creation, but the three booking site types come with the right sections and questions from the start.

Limits per plan

The number of creations and total storage depend on your plan:

You can also buy extra creation slots and storage as add-ons without changing plans — see Plans & billing.

Deleting a creation

Deleting a creation removes its files and takes the published site offline. This cannot be undone, so consider making a backup first if the content matters — see Backups & restore.
