Sharing your site

Every published creation has a live URL you can share anywhere. The share icon on the creation's card gives you ready-made links for social media, and View opens the live site. The editor's ⋯ menu has the same Share, plus Copy URL and Open site.

QR codes

Open QR Code on the creation's card to generate a QR code that points to your site — handy for business cards, posters, packaging or a shop window. Download it as an image and print it at any size.

The code encodes your live URL, so publish the creation before you hand the code out — scanning it earlier just shows "Site not found".

On Free and Starter, the QR code includes a small "Generated with vashana.com" footer. On Pro and Enterprise it's unbranded.

Password protection

Restrict who can see your site: open Protect on the creation's card and set a password. Visitors are asked for it before anything loads — useful for drafts shared with a client, member-only content or private event pages.

• Protection applies immediately to the published site — no republish needed.
• Remove it again with one click (Remove protection).
• Available for every creation type except greeting cards.
• A protected site stays out of search results too, since crawlers hit the password prompt like everyone else.

You can also protect individual files and folders in the editor's Files mode, rather than the whole site — useful for a price list or a document that only some visitors should reach.
