Vashana has four plans. You can start on Free without payment details and upgrade whenever you hit a limit.

A few details worth knowing:
- Credits are spent on building and editing sites — roughly 300–450 for a full site build, 25–35 for a design change, 20 per generated image. Monthly plan credits reset each month; credits you purchase separately roll over. You are only blocked when your balance reaches zero — see AI builder & credits.
- QR codes on Free and Starter carry a small "Generated with vashana.com" footer; Pro and Enterprise QR codes are unbranded.
- Free sites show a small "Built with Vashana" badge that links back to Vashana.
- Bookable items are the individual things customers can book — one trailer, one chair, one tour. A salon with three chairs uses three. If a site has more than your plan allows, the extra ones stop taking bookings the next time you publish, and the publish tells you so. Nothing is removed, and bookings already made are unaffected — upgrade and publish again to bring them all back.
Add-ons
If you only need a bit more of one thing, add-ons are cheaper than upgrading:
- AI credit packs — 50 credits for $2 or 250 for $10. Purchased credits never expire.
- Extra creations — additional creation slots, per unit.
- Extra storage — +5 GB per unit.
Billing
Payments are handled by FastSpring, our merchant of record — they appear on your statement and handle VAT/sales tax. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Manage billing in your account menu; billing questions: [email protected].
This covers your Vashana subscription only. Money your own customers pay you — for a booking or a product — goes straight to your own payment account and never passes through Vashana. See Privacy, data & legal.
Downgrading
You can downgrade whenever your current usage fits inside the smaller plan's limits. If you're over (for example 7 creations when downgrading to Starter's 5), delete or clean up first. When downgrading with more translated languages than the new plan allows, the extra translations are removed from your published site.
