Chat deep-link buttons (all plans)

Add a floating chat button that opens WhatsApp or Messenger with your number/page prefilled. Configure it under Content → Site chat in the editor — pick the service, enter your contact details, publish. No third-party scripts are added to your site.

AI site chatbot (Pro and Enterprise)

It answers visitor questions using the content of your published site — opening hours, services, prices, anything your pages say. It appears as a chat bubble on the published site and answers in your site's language.

How it works:

• The bot's knowledge comes from your site content at publish time. Republish after big content changes so the bot stays current — it cannot answer from a draft it has never seen.
• Conversations consume your AI credits. Each site also has a daily cap (200 credits), so a traffic spike or someone playing with the widget can't drain your balance overnight. The bot stops answering for the rest of that day and starts again the next.
• If your credit balance hits zero, the bot stops answering until you top up.
• Visitors chat anonymously — no login, and nothing is stored about them beyond the conversation.

Enable it under Content → Site chat by switching the button to AI mode. If you're on Free or Starter, this option prompts an upgrade to Pro.
